On Saturday, October 20, 2018, the second part of the Sunday School Workshop was held at Second Baptist Church. Again, the event was facilitated by Sister Roxanne Stallworth. Brainstorming results from the previous session were prioritized so that the church can focus on 3 primary topics.

A Sunday School workshop was conducted at Second Baptist Church on Saturday, October 6, 2018. The workshop was facilitated by Deaconess Roxanne Stallworth. Brainstorming was done around the three foundational principles of Sunday School: reaching people, teaching people and ministering to people. The pictures below, made available by Deacon Stallworth, were taken during a team-building exercise designed to illustrate the importance of a solid foundation.
On October 7, 2018, Brother Christopher Coop joined the community of believers at Second Baptist Church through baptism. Brother Coop was baptized by Reverend Larry F Rowe, assisted by Deacon Charles B Sims.
